What are the shipping costs?
We believe in making healthy development accessible to every family. That’s why Juppuly covers all shipping costs—delivery is completely FREE on all orders.
Please note: If you wish to return an item, the return shipping costs are at your own expense.
When will my order be shipped?
We know you’re eager to start your journey with us! If you place your order on a business day, we aim to ship it the very same day. We work hard to ensure your package leaves our warehouse as quickly as possible.
What are the delivery times?
Once shipped, your Juppuly order will typically arrive within 3–7 business days. We partner with reliable couriers to ensure your package reaches your doorstep safely and promptly.
Can I track my delivery?
Absolutely. For your peace of mind, all orders are sent via Track & Trace. As soon as your order is on its way, we will email you a link to your personal order status page. Note: It may take a few hours for the tracking status to update once the courier scans your package.
What happens if I’m not home for delivery?
Don't worry! If the courier cannot deliver the package directly to you, they will usually leave it at a nearby secure pickup location for a few days. You will receive a notification (via card or email) with all the details you need to collect it. If it isn’t collected within the specified timeframe, it will be returned to our warehouse for safekeeping.
