We offer a generous 60-day return policy. This gives you 60 days from the date you receive your item to decide if it's right for you and to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly ask that the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It should be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

  • You will need your purchase confirmation email as proof of purchase.

Once your return is authorised, we will provide clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back to us without a prior return request.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you need is to return the original product for a refund. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item at your convenience.

For our customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification, provided the item remains in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: You will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please keep in mind that banks and credit card providers may require a few additional days to process the transaction and post it to your account.
